Charles, a flamboyant lottery winner, lives alone on a remote island and tries to make his dreams come true by hiring his favorite musician, Herb McGwyer, to play an exclusive, private concert. Unbeknownst to Herb, Charles has been hired to perform old favorites with Herb’s former music partner and ex-girlfriend, Nell, and her new husband. As tempers flare and old tensions resurface, stormy weather traps them all on the island, and Charles searches for a way to save his dream concert.
